Shipping Information

General Information

We provide a phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and other standard documents with every shipment. Shipments to the EU and US include import duties in the cost. Buyers from other countries may be responsible for duties, broker fees, and other charges. It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to educate themselves on plant import restrictions and to inform us of the necessary documents and procedures for shipping plants to their country. Please note that normal transit times are based on flight operational schedules, but you should expect an additional export delay of 1-2 days for inspection.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We guarantee that plants will arrive alive but not without cosmetic damages such as yellowing leaves. Claims for dead or severely damaged plants must be made within 6 hours of delivery by emailing us with photographic evidence. In the event that we deem a replacement is suitable, the customer may be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the replacement item. Certain plants may be excluded from this guarantee due to their sensitive nature. This will be stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

Note: This page should not be used as a reference for plant import regulations for your country. We try to stay up-to-date with legislation and restrictions of most countries, but it is ultimately up to the buyer to inform us of the steps needed for importation. Failure to properly notify us of necessary procedures or documents that leads to delays or destruction of plants will not allow for refunds or replacements.

Our Story

Founded in 2020 in Thailand, our rare plant nursery was born from the shared passion of Gijs Lamers from the Netherlands, Thanthira Nok from Thailand, and later, Eli Dreyer from the United States. Each founder brought unique perspectives and skills that quickly transformed our small venture into a globally recognized name in rare botanicals. Our commitment goes beyond merely selling plants; we strive to connect cultures and continents through our diverse plant offerings.

Supporting Botanical Research

A significant part of our mission is our commitment to the future of plant science. We allocate a portion of our profits to fund botanical research, supporting initiatives that explore sustainable plant cultivation techniques and advance our understanding of the botanical world. Through these efforts, we not only contribute to the global body of botanical knowledge but also ensure the longevity and diversity of plant species for generations to come.
